Long Island Pool Builder, A Higher Standard of Pool Care.
When you’re comparing pool builders on Long Island, style is only one part of the decision. You need a company that understands local site conditions, can build around the way your property is laid out and has the experience to manage the work cleanly from first plans to final details. As a custom pool builder on Long Island, Chaikin Ultimate Pools designs gunite pools that match the layout, elevation, and lifestyle needs of each property.
We are an award-winning, licensed and insured Long Island pool builder. We serve Long Island, the Hamptons, Nassau County and Suffolk County, with a long-standing focus on custom construction, renovation and service.
Custom Pools Designed for Long Island Living
Long Island properties rarely call for a one-size-fits-all pool. Lot shape, access, elevation, surrounding hardscape and the way you want to use the yard all affect the right design.
Chaikin Ultimate Pools builds custom gunite pools, which allows far more flexibility in shape, finish and built-in features. Gunite is also valued for durability, long life and its ability to handle New York weather while supporting more detailed design work.
Things to think about include:
- Infinity edges for a cleaner visual line
- Integrated spas and spillovers
- Tanning ledges for a shallow lounging space
- Fire and water features for added movement and contrast
On the North Shore, you may want a layout that works with grade changes and view lines. On the South Shore, the priority may be easy flow between the pool, patio and entertaining space. A custom builder should account for that from the start.
A Seamless Design-to-Build Process
The Chaikin Ultimate Pools process begins with an on-site evaluation to assess your yard, review access, and discuss how the pool will connect with patios, outdoor living areas, and landscaping.
From there, the design phase should make decisions easier, not harder. You should be able to review the proposed layout, compare feature options and understand how the finished pool will function before construction begins.
Once the plan is approved, we deliver organized scheduling, permit coordination, project oversight and steady communication so you know what stage the project is in and what comes next.
