The Chaikin Ultimate Group has a rich history in the pool and spa industry, thanks to company founders Ed Cohen and Kyle Chaikin. Both have dedicated themselves to raising the professionalism of the entire swimming pool industry, and spent countless hours serving on various advisory boards and councils. You can rest assured that when you choose to work with The Chaikin Ultimate Group, you choose a company built on integrity and experience. Whether we’re building a new custom pool or providing exceptional pool service & maintenance, The Chaikin Ultimate Group has your best interests in mind.

Our History

Over 15 years ago Ed and Kyle merged two of Long Island’s leading pool companies, The Ultimate In Pool Care and Chaikin Pools to form The Chaikin Ultimate Group, creating an instant leader in the highly competitive swimming pool business arena.

The Chaikin Ultimate Group grew again in 2021 with the acquisition of the Hamptons-based Spring & Summer Activities, a swimming pool construction and service company with its own rich 40-year history. This acquisition allowed for seamless operation throughout Long Island, offering unique advantages to our clients regardless of location. In 2024, we were part of an industry-changing merger and acquisition, and are now part of Azureon™️, a rapidly growing group of powerhouse pool companies throughout the Northeast.

Our latest acquisition was in early 2025, with the purchase of KJ Pools, a 40-year old service company serving the Gold Coast of Nassau County.
