A Best Pool Builder with Deep Local Roots
Blog
Based in Speonk, New York, Spring & Summer Activities has served the East End since 1985. For nearly 40 years, the team has built, renovated, and maintained residential swimming pools across the Hamptons and North Fork.
Homeowners know the company for:
- Custom pool construction
- Pool renovations and upgrades
- Ongoing maintenance and service
- Repairs and troubleshooting
- Advanced leak detection
The Best Pool Builder recognition from Dan’s Papers highlights long-term trust from local homeowners, not a one-season spike.
Recognized by Customers, Year After Year Spring & Summer Activities has earned Dan’s Papers honors for 14 years. That kind of repeat recognition only happens when customers keep coming back and recommending you to neighbors.
“We are thrilled with this honor bestowed upon us by our many loyal clients,” said Kyle Chaikin, co-President of Chaikin Ultimate Group. “This award reflects our dedicated, professional staff and the level of service they provide every day across the East End.”
In a competitive Hamptons market, consistency matters. This award reinforces Spring & Summer Activities as a Best Pool Builder that delivers year after year.
Why Best Pool Builder Matters
Choosing a pool builder is a long-term decision. Construction quality, service reliability, and post-install support all matter. Awards like Dan’s Papers Best of the Best reflect real customer experience, not paid placements or industry voting panels.
For homeowners on the South Fork, this recognition reinforces what many already know. Spring & Summer Activities is the best pool builder with a proven track record.
Looking Ahead
As Spring & Summer Activities enters its 40th year, the focus remains the same:
- Build quality pools
- Stand behind the work.
- Support customers long after installation
The 2025 Best of the Best award is another milestone, but the real measure remains customer satisfaction across the Hamptons and North Fork.
